It is normal for all of our products to have unique variations and character markings that are inherent to natural full-grain leather. Due to leather thickness, measurements may vary slightly. Color may also have subtle variations from product to product.

Personalization

Every piece can be personalized with initials or a name, hot-stamped into the leather. Enter your text in the personalization box before adding to cart.

Each piece is made from natural leather, so small variations in grain, color and markings are normal. They’re what make yours one of a kind. Personalized items need 5–7 business days before dispatch, then 3–5 business days for delivery.

Shipping & returns

Personalized orders: personalized items are made specifically for you. Please check all spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors and other personalization details carefully before placing your order. Once personalization or production has started, an order may not be cancellable or eligible for a refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Colors and preview: color swatches are a guide only. Metallic and foil finishes can't be shown accurately on screen, and colors vary between screens. The on-screen preview always shows your monogram and graphic in red, whichever foil color you choose — we personalize your item using the foil color you selected.

Processing: orders without personalization are processed within 2–3 business days. Personalized items need 5–7 business days for personalization and making.

Delivery: once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated time for personalized orders: 8–12 business days.

Shipping: we ship with USPS. Rates are shown at checkout. Orders aren't shipped from Saturday 12 pm EST through Sunday, or on holidays.

Where we ship: the United States and US Territories only.

Tracking: you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Returns: non-personalized items can be returned within 15 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Personalized items are made to order and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Just received my eye glass holder and it's beautiful. My only gripe is the time it took to receive it. It took almost a month to get it. It may not be the seller's fault. I know the holidays make for a hot mess when it comes to the mail. The holder itself is very nice and soft and I love the convenience of having both sets of glasses with me.

I didn't realize this had two pockets for glasses, I thought it was a single pocket. Regardless, it seems like a decent product. It is obviously a Chinese made, drop ship kind of situation. Unfortunate as I thought I was purchasing from a maker. I gave 5 stars because it is actually leather and the closure is nice. But just know this isn't a maker. Was sealed in a Chinese factory bag and had a himectant package. No maker would have done this.
